All orders are dispatched within 2 business days, with tracking codes provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Estimated delivery times are business days, exclusive of time to dispatch, and non working days (Saturday & Sunday). Delivery times are estimates and are subject to
potential delays depending on the country of import and their customs procedures. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the U.K. We will not be held liable for delays that are out of our control. Customers based outside of the USA and U.K. may be charged import duties by your country. If applied, it is your responsibility as the customer/ importer to pay these duties. You will be notified of a way to do this via email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an
email notification from us which will include a tracking
number you can use to check its status. Please allow
48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days
of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please
contact us at hello@precise.art with your name and
order number, and we will look into it for you.
